This project is locally managed by Brad Warren of Adopt a School.  Adopt a School is a part of Earth Assistance, an Australian NGO working in Tanzania.  Adopt a School is currently managing about 8 or 9 similar projects in Arusha area.  I found this organization after I returned home and conducted a search of nonprofits working in the area that might be able to assist this school.  You can visit the Earth Assistance and Adopt a School sites at http://blog.earthassistance.org/.

Internet fundraising:

An internet fundraising site has been set up at http://firstgiving.com/harveymarken.  This site details the development program established by Adopt a School with the 7 major areas of emphasis for development.
