(AKA: Mini Grants) |

The
proposed 2006 / 2007 Program Development Action Awards is here. Following a similar theme to the
2005 / 2006 Mini Grant program the Awards program is designed to be
a in place as a financial resource for the Sister City Committees
and Association. $3,000 has been set aside for Youth Programs
and $3,000 has been targeted to general program support. |

Each year the Awards Committee
of the SCAKC accepts nominations from May1st through September 1st which culminate into a fantastic
SCAKC Annual Dinner where awardees are presented their honors.
The documents to the left will allow you to nominate or learn more
about the SCAKC Awards program. |

Any
member of the Board of SCAKC can update the "Event Calendar"
directly online - contact Susan at 816-513-7516 for user name and
password if you do not have one. If you would rather have
Susan update the Calendar or for you, or if you would like
additional information posted to this website please complete this form with
the
information. You can email, fax, or mail the form back to the
SCAKC office. |

SCAKC had a variety of
new Marketing Collateral as we close in on the 2008 Conference!
Business Cards for the Board and Advisory Board are part of this
package! If you would like business cards please use the form
to the left to order these. This form should be emailed, faxed
or mailed to the SCAKC office once completed. |

If a SCAKC Committee has a financial account (bank or brokerage,
etc.) outside of the Associations main account this form is required
to be completed and returned to the Treasurer of the Association
no less than on a quarterly basis. |

Each year
the City Committees have the opportunity to elect their own
Committee leadership! This form is to be used to report the
results of each City Committee election to the Board. City
Committee Elections should be held in the month of September.
The Election Verification forms should be submitted to the
Association office no later than Sept 30 so the voting Chair can be
determined for each Committee prior to the Association elections in
October. |

Mayors office, Local press, etc. of the events coming
up for a Committee. Can be emailed or faxed back to the Association
Secretary or office. |

Sister
City Association would be nothing without out volunteer Board and
Members! Each year at the Annual Dinner in October outstanding
Volunteers are recognized for their efforts over the years.
